Carlos Miguel foi a quarta contratação da gestão do presidente Duílio Monteiro. Ele chegou no segundo semestre de 2021, mas só fez sua estreia pelo clube alvinegro em julho de 2022, diante do Atlético-MG, pela 24ª rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro, na virada corintiana por 2 a 1. Cássio não tinha viajado com a delegação para Belo Horizonte pois estava lesionado.

O goleiro de2,04m foi titular na vitória por 2 a 1 sobre o Athletico-PR, também pelo Campeonato Brasileiro.

Formado nas categorias de base do Internacional, o atleta foi promovido à equipe principal do clube do Rio Grande do Sul em 2018. Teve dois empréstimos desde então: para o Santa Cruz e Boa Esporte. Ele chegou livre Corinthians em 2021.

أعلن الاتحاد المصري لكرة السلة، برئاسة عمرو مصيلحي، عن اعتماد نظام جديد لمسابقة دوري السوبر للرجال والسيدات والمرتبط موسم 2025–2026، في خطوة تهدف لزيادة المنافسة وتوسيع قاعدة المشاركين.

وأوضح الاتحاد في بيانه أن التعديلات جاءت استجابة لمطالب الأندية برغبتها في خوض عدد أكبر من المباريات، خاصة في ظل غياب الفرق المصرية عن البطولات العربية هذا الموسم كما شدد الاتحاد على أن جميع القرارات جرى اعتمادها بالتنسيق مع لجنة المسابقات برئاسة محمد فتحي.

ويتضمن النظام الجديد لدوري كرة السلة تعديل طريقة احتساب النقاط، حيث يحصل الفريق الفائز على نقطتين مقابل نقطة واحدة للخاسر، إلى جانب تقسيم الفرق إلى مجموعتين؛ الأولى من المركز الأول حتى الثامن، والثانية من التاسع حتى الثامن عشر.

في المجموعة الأولى، تقام مباريات الدور التمهيدي بنظام الذهاب والإياب، على أن يتم حسم المراكز من السابع إلى العاشر عبر مواجهات Best Of 3، بينما يقام دور الثمانية بنفس النظام، ثم نصف النهائي والنهائي بنظام Best Of 5، مع أفضلية الملعب للفريق الأعلى ترتيبًا.

أما المجموعة الثانية، فستخضع لنفس القواعد، مع إقامة دورتين مجمعتين للفرق من الثالث عشر إلى السادس عشر، لتحديد الفريقين الهابطين إلى دوري الدرجة الأدنى في موسم 2026–2027.

وأكد اتحاد كرة السلة أن الهدف من هذه التغييرات هو تعزيز مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص بين جميع الأندية، ورفع المستوى الفني والتكتيكي للمسابقة، بجانب إتاحة فرصة أكبر للجماهير لمتابعة مباريات قوية على مدار الموسم.
